Breast and Cervical Cancer Prevention and Treatment (BCCPT) Program – Medicaid Eligibility Application
AHNCI Care & Cosmetics
FREE service! As a reminder – anyone who is a cancer patient or survivor can attend, regardless of where they received treatment.
All participants must register in advance by calling 412-330-4045 for information on the virtual class and where they can pick up their FREE soft cap donated by Bonny Diver’s Hair Peace Charity along with their AWESOME makeup bag! Each makeup bag is filled with 9 items talked about in the class – all of the makeup is paraben free, cruelty free, hypoallergenic and vegan friendly.

Licensed cosmetology volunteers walk participants through a tutorial on applying the makeup, discuss wigs, and show ways to use head wraps and scarves. AHNCI clinical staff are on the call too helping answer any medical questions patients may have.

Southminster’s Limited Mobility Ministry connects people who have a need for medical equipment to make their home more rehab friendly during times of recovery or when more permanent medical assistance is needed. The Limited Mobility Team of Deacons meets at Southminster House with those who have a need for equipment and also those who wish to donate equipment to the ministry.
The list of equipment you can give to or receive from the ministry includes:
- Wheelchairs (handles, on wheels)
- Transfer chairs (no handles, on wheels)
- Rollaters (walker with hand brakes and bench)
- Walkers (with and without wheels)
- Canes (single and four-prong)
- Potty chairs and frames
- Toilet seat risers
- Tub chairs
- Shower transfer benches
We are unable to give or accept any equipment that requires batteries or electricity. We also do not give or accept items that are worn on the body (bandages, compression sleeves, braces, etc.) or any item that delivers medication (intravenous supplies, nebulizers, etc.) We do not accept mattresses or bed frames.
