Barb Hickey has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management. She currently serves as the Global Manager of Talent Development at HireRight, where she leads initiatives to foster employee engagement and develop talent worldwide. Throughout her career, Barb has held similar roles at organizations such as Black Box Network Services, Duquesne Light Company, Westinghouse Electric Company, and Crown Castle International. Barb is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Communications,

Barb’s passion for helping others extends beyond her professional life. She is involved in her community, volunteering for the Tim Tebow Foundation's Night to Shine, an event centered on God's love, honoring and valuing people with special needs. Additionally, she contributes her time and energy to various church-led initiatives, including Vacation Bible School and Feed My Starving Children, as well as supporting the Women's Center and Shelter of Pittsburgh.

A resident of South Fayette, Barb is the proud mother of a grown daughter who has followed in her footsteps of service, recently becoming a licensed therapist specializing in children and families. Barb is committed to making a difference in the lives of others.
